Farmers’ Market

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: CN Station Parking Lot
Organized every Thursday from 4:30-7:30 by the Fort Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce. A special market is held on Canada Day with many of the weekly favourite vendors on hand.

NWMP Fort & Museum

Time: 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Location: Fort Heritage Precinct
The local museum is open with free admission to all on Canada Day. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn about the long and rich history of the area, dating back beyond the birth of our nation.

Kids’ Festival

Time: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Legacy Park
Featuring a petting zoo, inflatable slides, face painting and other activities, the Kids Festival on Canada Day will provide plenty of fun and entertainment for young families. Make sure to purchase your $5 Play-All-Day pass at the information booth.

Beef On A Bun

Time: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Location: Pioneer House
Enjoy a hearty lunch at Pioneer House Club 50 adjacent to Legacy Park.

Dog Agility Demonstrations

Time: 2 p.m. & 4 p.m.
Location: Legacy Park
Enjoy watching dogs show off their agile abilities. Brought to you by Dynamo DogSport.

RC Flying Demonstrations

Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Range Road 224 & Township Road 544
Hosted by the RC Flying Club, this annual tradition allows enthusiasts and amateurs to enjoy RC flying. The site is a short 7-minute drive from downtown Fort Saskatchewan.

Tennis Club Open Court Time

Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Turner Park / River Road
Hosted by the local Tennis Club, open court time will allow anyone with an interest in tennis to enjoy the courts in our river valley directly down the hill from Legacy Park.

Model Railroad Display

Time: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: NWMP Fort Program Space
The Yellowhead Rail Club and the Edmonton Train Collectors Association will take over the Program Space in the NWMP Fort. Enjoy this display.
